HOW DOES MY ORDER GET SHIPPED?

Junior Golf Place uses UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, U.S. Mail and AirBorne Express for most shipments within the contiguous 48 states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and international shipping use a combination of UPS ground, U.S. Mail and other shippers depending on the best cost/service alternatives.

HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Within the U.S., our goal is to ship your non-customized order within 7 days. Using standard shipping methods it will take an additional 3-5 days to arrive at your chosen destination for a total of up to 12 days. For customized products the lead-time and shipping time will be determined on a case by case basis. For our gift pack items, our goal is to ship your order witin 48 hours of receipt.

Depending on the shipping method you select, it will take an additional 1-5 days to get to the destination with in the U.S. for a total of 3-7 days. International orders depend on the distance of the country and shipping method used.



HOW DO I GIVE A GIFT AND INCLUDE A MESSAGE IN THE SHIPMENT? During the ordering process, you can tell us to ship your order to an address other than your own. We provide you with the opportunity to include a short gift message that you can fill out in the "ship to" section. We in turn, will include the gift message in the shipment.

DO I PAY A SALES TAX? Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Massachusetts.

WHAT IS JUNIOR GOLF PLACE RETURN POLICY? Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase experience. If any non-customized order does not meet your expectations, please return it to us within 30 days-unused and in it's original packaging--for a full refund. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
